Now Hiring - Automotive Sales & Finance Manager in Maquoketa, IA

We're looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our growing organization in a leadership role. The successful candidate will have prior experience in the automotive industry and will work with a team of like-minded professionals to ensure the best car buying experience for people in the area. Candidate must be willing to serve a dual role in the dealership as a Sales Manager and Finance Manager. Duties will include hiring and training sales personnel, desking deals, submitting deals for financing, taking customer TO's and providing top tier customer service. The perfect candidate is one that will look at their watch AFTER the customer is served and taken care of professionally. Sales Management experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
